This property was primarily purchased to support a local veteran's nonprofit to use several times a year for retreats. We received a lot of interest from various folks in wanting to host events, weddings, photography sessions, etc on this property and we understand why...... the beauty of this property and tranquility it offers year round is one of a kind.

The Space

Enjoy this retreat property with 25 acres of secluded bliss. Plenty of nature to soak in while watching wild turkeys, birds, deer, raccoons, and squirrels roam the land, relax by the pool and hot tub or enjoy the outdoor fireplace. The inside of the property is just as stunning as the outside with a modern touch of Scandinavian design and views from every corner of the house to watch the sunrise and sunset. Guests will have access to the first floor and finished basement of the house (plus loft area) that will include kitchen, living room, dining room, den room, large basement area with a separate sitting room, and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, there will be access to the pool house that has an outdoor fireplace sitting area and a half bathroom. Note: This is not a child friendly property

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: 1) We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. 2) We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. 3) We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: 1) Wash your hands frequently and properly 2) Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly 3) Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.
