Welcome to our space! We're a newly renovated coworking space just steps from the beach. We offer a series of memberships, such as hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices and a large event space with an outdoor patio and private entrance. Our facility comes equipped with awesome amenities such as coffee, tea, wifi, air conditioning, heat, parking upon request, front desk area, etc! The Space

We're so excited to announce that a new office has been added to the Beach House suites! Our only second floor office has beautiful large windows that cover the majority of one of the walls, allowing the space to flood with warm natural light during the day. Also lining the periphery of the space are a series of built in couches that are perfect for lounging with your laptop while sunbathing! The office comes equipped with an adjustable glass table island in the middle that can comfortably seat 4 people but can be separated to accommodate as many as 8! Along the side wall there are another two desks that can seat 2 but can also be adjusted to accommodate as many as 8 - creating a total of at least 16 seats at the tables as well as people sitting on the couches! One of the biggest perks of this office is the fact that it is soundproofed and shares a wall with a sound studio! This space is perfect for musicians as well as other creative types. This office is situated on the upper floor of the cowork. The office comes with 5 key fobs and 24/7 access to the Beach House and all of its amenities. Life is better at the beach!!
