At 280 sq ft, Space 3-1 is an intimate studio that includes a mirrored wall, adding a touch of elegance to the space. The small size acts in it's favor, creating an intimate and cozy space for interviews, small classes, and meetings. Our adjustable set-ups make it so that the room can be done up to your specifications, including tables, chairs, projectors and more! Space 3-1 is the perfect location for your next meeting, class, or presentation. Our space: -Doorman building -Hardwood floors -Versatile lighting -Air purifiers in each room -Active noise-cancelling technology in the hallways -Acoustic insulation with sound-dampening panels -Dedicated extra-wide hallways -3 restrooms (1 ADA accessible) Made up of 13 individual spaces, it can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. Amenities include: -Wi-Fi -On-site staff available at all times -Water dispenser with cold and sparkling water -Coffee/tea package add-on available -Rentable projector and speakers -If you require any specific A/V, photography, lighting, or other equipment feel free to ask us! Our flexible furniture options include multiple table sizes and chair options, along with standard room layouts. Please tell us how you would like your space set up! Bookings that are less than our minimum hours may be made within 24 hours of the event. If your booking needs to be made further out, please contact us. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type.

Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures Space is cleaned and disinfected in between every client. Fire Safety and Regulations The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
