360ism Studios is a professional studio for Photographers, Models, Video producers, Podcasters, and all content creators. It is much more than 'a room with a backdrop stand'. It is a fully equipped multimedia studio. Our clients consistently rave about the quality of our facilities, the professionalism of our staff, and the seamless experience they have enjoyed while working in our space. What sets 360ism Studios apart? Daring is the professional photographer, grip, video producer and visual design specialist who created the studio. Located in a professional, modern office high rise, it is perfect for Photoshoots and Video production! This space can be used for the following: * Photography, Video and Podcast production * Open Mic & Poetry nites * Private Events + * Music & Video Release/Launches * Clothing/ Brand Hauls * Pop-up shop events * Professional business use + Small events of up to 35 people * Zoom & Conference Meetings * Remote Broadcast Studio * Remote Shoot Studio (photographers can connect over Wifi and use our cameras to shoot) Features: * Kitchen area - with full size refrigerator. + Sink, Dishwasher and Microwave * Wardrobe, Changing and Make Up Room * Balcony + Rooftop access * Green screen Backdrop/Floor cover * Wood Grain floor covering * Custom Backdrops * Fog/Smoke Machine * Continuous & Strobe lighting & umbrella/softbox modifiers are on set. * RGB lighting to change the wall different colors * Several backdrops (white, black, green, red, blue, pink, spice, yellow, brown, beige colors) * WiFi access + Alexa sound system * Several Bathrooms Additional services: * Book a Studio assistance - (Someone to assist you with backdrop changes and lighting) * Book a Photographer for your session * Book a Model for photo/video production including fashion, swimsuit, boudoir,etc. * Make-up Artist services available * Rent a camera or lens for your session THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS/BOOKINGS : PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION: - * One Light (strobe or continuous) is included with your session. You are welcome to bring your own lights or rent additional lights from the studio. * BACKDROPS are not included in your rental - If you need backdrops you must select the 'Add-on Backdrops'. Backdrops are 10$ per pull. You are welcome to bring your own backdrop and stands. Health & Safety Policy
Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
