We provide turnkey workspaces that include open layout desks, meeting spaces, and furnished private offices. Our members have access to top notch amenities, such as custom furniture, high speed internet, spacious kitchenettes with coffee and tea, printers, scanners, and much more.

This space is perfect for: interviews, workshops, meetings, and anything else your team comes up with! Our space is located in Bushwick, Brooklyn Features:
 -Capability to fit up to 40 people 
-Caffe Vita coffee with access to kitchen seating during breaks 
-Access to two bathrooms on the same floor -Wifi For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: 
-Additional Chairs $2/each -Additional Tables $10/each 
-Security staff ($200-$400/event) There are two restrooms on the floor and an ADA-compliant elevator if necessary. There will always be someone present from our team in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. 100 Bogart is a brand new full service building that serves more than 80 startups. Our community consists of engineers, creatives, architects, and many other industries. The building was constructed from the ground up and completed in August 2017. Our background is in real estate, design, and construction. 100 Bogart is family owned and we are relied upon by many small businesses in Bushwick to support their growth. We are a block away from the Morgan Avenue L train, 15 minute walk from the Myrtle Wyckoff M train, few blocks away from Robertas pizza, and many more popular restaurants.
