The Space

4000 square feet of entertainment heaven, featuring a heated indoor pool. Large, 10 foot dining room table can seat up to 10 adults or 12-14 children. Perfect for birthday parties! Full kitchen access with stove, fridge, oven, crock pots and glass tablewear for 12. Spacious backyard with play structure for kids and a patio that seats 11. BBQ grill available.

Minimum hours: 2

Hourly rate includes a life guard trained in CPR and first aid. Host will be on site to monitor the pool filter and water temp / level. All children under 3 must wear a USCGA flotation device or be accompanied by a parent while in the water. No more than 15 swimmers in the pool at one time. $25 cleaning fee per every 4 hours. Access granted an hour before scheduled start time for prep and decorating, and 30 minutes after end for clean up free of charge.
