On 80 acres of private land, including over 40 acres of dry lake bed, remote, at the end of a dead end road just before over a million acres of Mojave National Preserve. The property provides quiet and privacy bordered by open desert with rolling hills and mountain views. Property features: - open desert ideal for film / photo shoots - a 1-acre private lake with outdoor bar structure and patio - rustic bunkhouse (no electricity). - Saloon/clubhouse with built-in bar, kitchen and dining room - outdoor clubhouse patio - horse stable + corrals - 2 outdoor fire pits - rustic decor The property also has a bathroom and a basic kitchen space with refrigerator/range/sink (dishware and cooking ware is not provided).
