The Space

Our event space is 1600 square feet and offers a warming kitchen with male and female bathroom. We have parking in rear for free. The Kitchen is a warming kitchen that comes with a ice machine, fridge , sink and a lot of space for food. The hall has free WIFI and comes with coffee and tea along with water for all meetings Our venue delivers charming and cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. its very intimate and you will love it. The hall comes with black chairs that are in great shape. Comfortably fits 75 seated, 80 standing Our Event Space is suitable for celebrating special occasions such as meetings, Pop up shops, Launch parties, book signing, fashion show, photo shoots, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, sweet 16, bridal showers, communions, baptisms, graduations, holiday parties. THINGS WE OFFER TO RENT ON LOCATION Screen and projector $100 ($50 each) Whiteboard $75 Podium for a speaker $50. Chair Covers $2 Table cloths $10 (white and Black ) Digital Photo Booth $100/hr Photographer $75/hr DJ $400 Event Planner Prices start at $500 Prices: Monday - Thursday = $125/hr with taxes is $137/hr weekends rates $160/hr All set ups for events are included in the time of rental. So please book accordingly. All events include set up, event time and leave. You are responsible to supply your own catering, beverages, cups, ice, napkins, plates, utensils, and stenos (we supply food rack and trays). Location is convenient, near major highways, 15 minute drive from jfk airport, Close to the belt parkway and cross island parkway.
