The venue is a multi-use 7.2 acre property located in the town of Dover, NY, two hours north of NYC by train or car. The site features a massive wooden hay barn, a stone-walled barn converted into a "speakeasy" bar, a lounge contained within an old school bus, two trailers, a 4 bedroom farm house built in the 1800s, a large outdoor fire pit, and ample green space.
