About the space: Bottom floor of two family privately owned house. Side and backyard as well as a multi-car driveway. Showing only the downstairs apartment which also includes enclosed wrap around porch and three bedrooms. More of house including upstairs apartment, attic and basement available on request. About us: Two industry based roommates who work primarily in indie film and fashion. Production and costume design as well as BTS. Happy to accommodate each shoot as needed.

The Space

Extremely spacious 2-3 bedroom apartment ideal for film or photo shoots. Lightly furnished but many props and other spaces available on site. Managed by two industry based roommates who are happy to accommodate the needs of all shoots. Excellent light and large windows in a spacious living room look onto our beautiful, private side garden. Privately owned so some amount of alteration is negotiable. Additional areas of the house are available upon request including the second floor apartment and attic. There are also a variety of nearby exteriors ideal for shooting. Happy to answer any inquiries PLEASE NOTE: There are two cats that live in the apartment part time. They will not be there during filming, however persons with severe allergies please take precaution.
