The Space

Located on tree-lined residential street, the 1940s 3 bed, 2 bath cottage and garden on the westside offers a welcome retreat in the middle of the city. The house boasts charming original features including paned windows, built-in dining storage, fireplace and a spectacular rounded picture window. The house receives plenty of natural light, ideal for film/photo shoots, intimate private events, day-long retreats, business lunches, and more. The space can accommodate up to 20 people seated inside, with plenty of extra space for guests, tables or shoots outside on the front lawn, side patio, back concrete space and garden. The space is fully furnished in a charming, cottage style, with the option to book it as an empty space. Free parking is available along the street, with potential access to the driveway upon request. Power is also available outside the house for equipment, lighting and other needs. Kitchen is full stocked and available. Included with the rental are two large banquet tables, a round metal table, small wood table, wood bench, and 18 wood folding chairs, portable outdoor fire pit and an on-site manager throughout the event. The house also features a record player, smart TV and heating/cooling for a comfortable and fun event/shoot. A freestanding digital photo booth, standing outdoor heater and HD projector for outdoor/indoor projections are available for rental. Within walking distance, there is a grocery store, vintage cocktail bar, saloon and plenty of restaurants. ** We look forward to welcoming you! **
