I am a New York City based photographer and videographer and specialize in professional headshots, event photography, corporate photography, family portraiture, editorial, product photography, property photography and more. I started renting my all white, open studio space out for photoshoots, pop up shops, fashion week events, special occasions, meetings, etc. a few years ago and have become an expert in supporting the creators behind the event or shoot to make sure it runs smoothly.

The Space

FOR EVENT PLANNERS: An all white, clean 1,500 sq ft space that can be transformed into whatever your vision may be for your event. From avant-garde art showings to immersive yoga sessions to a cocktail networking event following a day of corporate seminars, we are ready to host you and support you. We have a wide range of equipment you can rent for events such as tables, chairs, ceiling mounted projector & screen, etc. FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS: We are a full service photo and video rental space equipped with an extensive inventory of top-tier photo, video, and lighting gear the studio is primed for a wide range of projects that require precision, vision and efficiency. The 26' cyclorama wall offers an ideal background, and the studio includes an additional shooting area with a southern exposure for natural light. BASIC STUDIO DETAILS: 1,500 sq ft studio with 11 ft ceilings 3rd floor with southern exposure 26 ft cyclorama installed Bathroom/dressing room Wet pantry with refrigerator Internet, WIFI, Sonos speaker system, Color adjustable lighting (16 million color options)

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: - We sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space before each booking - We clean our space and all shared surfaces regularly before each booking with disinfectant - We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. - We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, trash cans with foot pedal - We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: - Wash your hands frequently and properly - Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly - Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 10 days. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
