We require proof of COVID-19 vaccine* for all guests over the age of 12 upon entry. Guests over the age of 18 must also provide a physical form of matching valid ID with proof of vaccine upon entry. Acceptable forms of ID are driver’s license or other government issues ID, passport, or school or work ID. Guests who self-attest that they are exempt from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine due to a medical condition or restrictions, or a sincerely held religious belief, are permitted to enter the venue only if they provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test** taken within the last 72 hours and, for those over the age of 18, a matching valid ID. Guests who are unvaccinated (other than due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious beliefs) may only enter for brief and limited periods of time to use the restroom, order, pick-up, or pay for “to go” orders, and must wear a well-fitting mask at all times while indoors. *Acceptable forms of proof of vaccination are limited to the following: (i) vaccination card issued by the CDC, or similar documentation issued by a foreign governmental agency; (ii) photocopy or digital photograph of the vaccination card; (iii) documentation of vaccination from a licensed health care provider; or (iv) a personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the state of California or similar documentation issued by another governmental jurisdiction or by a private company. **Acceptable forms of proof of negative COVID-19 test are a printed document, e-mail, or text message, from a test provider or lab that shows the results of a PCR or antigen COVID-19 test, conducted within the past 72 hours, and listing the person’s name, type of test performed, date of the test, and negative test result. Please note the Los Angeles County mandate requires us to see proof of COVID-19 vaccine* for all guests, as well as a physical form of matching valid ID. Acceptable forms of ID are a driver’s license or other government-issued ID, passport, or school or work ID card.
