Alta Paradise is set on more than a quarter acre of gated property, but the rear courtyard is the private oasis where you’ll want to soak in the sunshine. The house opens to an airy loggia with shaded living and dining areas and a fireplace. Palm trees and a lush hedge surround the pool and hot tub, as does a terrace with plenty of loungers. Heat up the barbecue for an al-fresco dinner, or opt to entertain inside around the grand piano, sound system or indoor fireplace.
