I head up operations for a secret autumn social club in the heart of Chelsea. The partners and hosts of this project have all spent years creating culture in New York City and around the world. As the pandemic lifted, and we awakened to what feels like a new era, we sought to create something that is a simple, beautiful, poetic answer to the question of “how will we connect now?” This project is a living art installation. This 13,000 sq. ft. architectural marvel spans five impressive floors and stands as an invitation to moments of magic, music, and wonder. Perfectly situated on the iconic corner of 14th Street and 8th Avenue, with our space you’ll get to experience the rhythm of the city and the serenity of a sanctuary, all under one roof. Location: Prime location on 14th Street and 8th Avenue, New York City. Size: 13,000 sq. ft., distributed over 5 elegantly–designed floors. Full Day Buyout: $40,000 Venue Buyout with 3hr Minimum: $25,000 Partial buyout per floor: $10,000 Music & Performances: We're deeply rooted in the rhythm of the city, and our space echoes with melodies from various genres. Whether it's the strum of a guitar, the beat of a drum, or the hum of a melody, our space resonates with musical expressiveness. Loungy Afternoons: Experience the softer side of the city and unwind in a serene environment. Our space is cleaned daily and after any large events. We ensure restrooms and kitchen areas are fully stocked with all health and safety needs. All indoor fabrics are regularly steam-cleaned.
