The 12 Factory provides a cozy lounge room area included with a sink, mini fridge and vending machine. Our creative studio features a large White Cyclorama(Cyc) Wall, LED Cloud Room and Multi Color Seamless Backdrops that come with, State-of-the-Art LED lighting equipment for video or photography production. We also offer access to exclusive, hand crafted sets, a customizable flower wall, and with a garage door for large equipment and car accessibility. One of our highly skilled professional staff members will be on-site to assist you and your team complete any project. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients the highest level of customer service. We specialize in serving all creatives from content creation, image and brand development.

Health & Safety Policy
We are taking active measures to help bend the curve of Covid-19 by placing Hand Sanitation Stations throughout the studio. Upon entry of the studio all guest must have their temperature checked by a digital harmless forehead thermometer after signing in. Any temperatures above 99 degrees will not be permit inside the 12 factory. Mask are heavily suggested. The 12 Factory is a judgement free zone that embraces people of all communities, ethnicities, and backgrounds with open arms.
