1. No smoking in property. 2. Mats or tennis ball covers to protect floors from heavy foot traffic and/ or equipment. 3. No shoes on the rugs. 4. Please utilize shoe coverings when walking around the interior of property. 5. Generator usage requires for a permit from fire dept. Cost $300 or less 6. No loud music or bad language. 7. Parking in driveway and in front of property only. Up to 10 Cars. Overflow parking 1 block away at tennis courts and country club. 8. No hanging out in front of neighbor yards. 9. Certificate of Insurance required for all bookings
