The Space

This space is suitable only for ghost hunt parties as it was on Ghost adventures this would be for guests only up to 15. I’d recommend going in group of 7 max. House is very haunted it is over 136 yrs old. House would be suitable for a tea service luncheon or cocktail party.

We are Covid Compliant and we have masks, and sanitizer in every room, chairs outside spaced 6 feet apart, temperature gun, Covid steam cleaning machine for sanitizing furniture counter tops and restrooms.

$150 an hour is for up to 14 people 200 an hour 15 to 24 people and 250 an hour 25 to 30 We charge 325 to 375 for site mgr $100 for Covid cleaning which is an exceptional price you will be charged more money only if you leave place inside with confetti, leaves, feathers, spider webs, trash dirt on floors or anything out of the ordinary that’s not normal and please put furniture back where you took it from Thank you!

House is completely furnished over 7000 sq ft and unoccupied all furnishings in house can be used. Antiques can be used but just double check with site manger as to where and how your using antiques.
