Formerly a steel factory, this space boasts incredible daytime lighting with an additional suite area upstairs. This space is perfect for your next: • music video • film shoot • commercial shoot • photo shoot The space offers abundant free parking around the property and a parking lot across the street, making your next production a breeze! What is more, there is no noise ordinance, so the party can keep on going. This unique space features: • built in bar area • kitchen • heating • abundant free parking We also operate a warehouse directly across the street that can park 160 vehicles. Minimum Day Rate that is shown is based on a non-commercial still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 8 hour day.
