Our home reflects our love for cooking and entertaining and is filled with works by emerging and established California artists, as well as furnishings sourced from travels to Europe and the Near East. Happiness is prepping a meal for 15 in our open kitchen and great conversation over meals in the formal dining room.

The Space

With large, sun-filled rooms and an indoor/outdoor layout, this space is perfect for film and photo shoots, team meetings, off-sites, dinners, cocktail receptions, or anything else you have in mind. Located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood, just off Sunset Boulevard. Features: - Fashionable, art-filled living room with working fireplace and ample seating. - Huge kitchen with Carrera marble countertops, limestone floors, and Viking appliances - Dining room that seats up to 16. - Walls of sliding glass doors with access to patio and garden. - Two restrooms. - Plenty of outlets. - Gate and hedge ensure privacy. - Free street parking. We are ideally located just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of the Sunset Strip, the hiking trails of Runyon Canyon, and easily accessible by public transportation. We have hosted film and photo shoots, engagement parties, dinner parties, theater performances, and working groups. Outside caterers welcome.

$125 cleaning fee The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
