Medium size bedroom is bare in furniture, master bedroom is being used as an office, also bare in furniture. 3rd bedroom is a toddler's room, fully decorated in grey/pink/yellow and gold colors. Full studio basement apartment also available. Home faces east and west, receiving beautiful natural sunrises and sunsets.

Health & Safety Policy
No smoking or drug use, of any kind, allowed on the property. Smoke machines allowed, when used minimally and with pre-approval from owner. Pets are allowed, max 4 per event. Guests are requested to use hand sanitizer regularly, thought out the day. Masks and covid testing are no longer required. Entire space is cleaned and sanitized, by homeowners, before and after each event.
