The Space

Single family home with 2,000 sq feet. Brick structure with a garage & driveway. Covered front porch and cozy paved backyard with elegant tent. Close to M and R subway station at 46th St in heart of Astoria Queens. Walking distance from Kaufman Studios. Two levels: 1st floor is open concept main living space, kids play area, dinning room, kitchen and half bath, contemporary decor mainly from West Elm and Crate & Barrel, kitchen renovated 5 years ago. 2nd floor has stacked laundry, 3 bedrooms and a full bath with large tub. Medium size bedroom is bare in furniture, master bedroom is being used as an office, also bare in furniture. 3rd bedroom is a toddler's room, fully decorated in grey/pink/yellow and gold colors. Full studio basement apartment also available. Home faces east and west, receiving beautiful natural sunrises and sunsets.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

No smoking or drug use, of any kind, allowed on the property. Smoke machines allowed, when used minimally and with pre-approval from owner. Pets are allowed, max 4 per event. Guests are requested to use hand sanitizer regularly, thought out the day. Masks and covid testing are no longer required. Entire space is cleaned and sanitized, by homeowners, before and after each event.
