At our studio, you get access to 7 beautiful, innovative sets in 1 gorgeous loft studio! Each set has its own creative features that can be tailored to your individual needs such as: Set #1: SIGNATURE PODCAST set for interviews or live recordings where you can effortlessly display your logo or presentation on a 65" TV! We also have vibrant LED uplighting on the floor and LED light strips woven in the wall that can beautifully display your brand colors. Set#2: LUSH LIVING ROOM set features a full body mirror, bar cart, coffee table, gorgeous cowhide rug, cream sofa and the cutest cocktail chairs! Set #3: WESTERN WALL! Get ready to display your inner cowgirl/cowboy with our sophisticated, playful western inspired office. Our massive 60" bull photo is certain to make your photos stand out. Set #4: 3D GRASS WALL featuring super cute accessories for a creative green shoot. Set #4.5: ULTIMATE GLAM set featuring a clawfoot tub (no water), self-care wooden tray, with pompous, flowers and self-care photos! Also enjoy our Bluetooth vanity mirror attached (the tub has been moved to our grass wall, but can be moved around the studio for different concepts). Set #5: OUR NEWEST PODCAST set on our uniquely-designed white wall with fireplace visuals for a classic, intimate touch. Our LED lights and additional uplights can also be used to showcase different brand colors as displayed. Set #6: ELEVATE YOUR STYLE with our elegant pink, blue, white and black backdrops for your standard photo needs. Set# 7: PERFECT KITCHEN Set for an intimate private dinner, foodie influencers, food demos, or even a cooking show! We also have an on-site concierge to help in any capacity and cater to your shoot.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: -Wash your hands frequently and properly -Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly -Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. Add on videography or $215/hr or if you want to take advantage of our podcast/content day special (see our website), we will film up to 6 hours of your podcast or media project. This includes a 3-camera setup, all lighting, and audio. This special is $1650. Photography: $200/hr. Video Editing: Flat rate of $250 per episode. **Message us for a la carte marketing services.
