I'm the owner of the building. It has always been a dream of mine to revitalize a historical building. That's exactly what I was able to do with this beautiful space. We also have an executive director and chef for the space. Our building has won several prestigious awards throughout the state of Iowa for interior design and rehabilitation. It is an extremely popular venue for weddings, corporate events, presentations, and photo shoots.
