The Space

This classic California Ranch style home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for your next filming and photography project. As you enter, you are greeted by the main living area drenched in natural light. It opens up to a roomy and sunny patio with canyon view and DTLA skyline. You will find many original architectural details as you wander in the space such as natural stone wall with double wood burning fireplaces, and a dining room with curved glass panels. Antique finds and eclectic artworks accent this unique space. A Kawai grand piano is available in the music salon/ second living room that can comfortably accommodate 40 plus guests. Master suite features a stunning spa style bathroom with walk-in shower, a soaking tub and floor to ceiling carrera marble tiles. A second Kawai grand piano is also available in the converted garage/ den.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

All guests need to wear masks over their noses and mouths the whole time ( except talent being photographed/ shot). We will have wipes and Lysol ready, please feel free to sanitize after you move any furniture. All guests should be 6 ft apart the entire time while inside the house. We can only accommodate up to 15 people currently. No visitors and friends please. No food, alcohol or drugs is allowed. Drinks must be consumed in a container with a cap or lid. You're responsible for cleaning up before booking time ends.
