The Location: This home is located in Townsend's Inlet, the quiet southern end of Sea Isle. This end of the island is famous for "ocean to bay views." This wide street has just 13 houses from beach to bay. It is conveniently located two blocks from Townsend's Inlet Water Park (93rd & Bay Bridge), a great place to access the inlet and bay. Local Sea Isle attractions include historic Fish Alley (JFK Blvd & 53rd St), Dealy Field Recreation Complex (59th St. to 63rd St. & Central Ave.) which includes tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboarding halfpipe, street hockey, baseball fields, bocce ball, PLUS a first class enclosed playground, and walking path by the bay. There is a small beach front playground at 85th Street. The city Promenade runs along the beach from 29th to 57th Streets and is a great place for exercise, restaurants, novelty shops, and an arcade. Nearby Attractions: Sea Isle City is located 40 minutes south of Atlantic City, 25 south of Ocean City, 20 minutes north of Cape May/Wildwood and just north of Avalon (2 blocks to the bridge to Avalon) and Stone Harbor (10 minute drive). Avalon/Stone Harbor These upscale beach towns offer great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and many festivals throughout the year. Stone Harbor has the world class Wetland's Institute. Atlantic City offers casinos, shows, a small aquarium, upscale and outlet shopping, and the boardwalk. Cape May boasts the Cape May Zoo which has a great variety of animals (including giraffes, lions, camels, and more) and a fun zip line.
