Beautiful home in Los Angeles, West Adams Art District. Centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles, this home is a hidden jewel. Built in 1936, and still has a lot of it's original character. It's a very production friendly location. Easily accessible with only one level, no houses across the street so there's always plenty of street parking, and the owner is a working level headed director/producer who is very accommodating.
