Beautifully newly constructed artist gallery space with extremely high ceilings in the heart of Tribeca. Absolutely ideal for pop ups, art galleries, networking events and small parties. Exposed brick walls, with temperature controlled ventilation. Cherry hard wood floors with a modern yet old school artist vibe. -Fully furnished (if needed) -all surround sound system -cable service, WiFi -mounted TV -poker table (if needed) LONG TERM STAYS VERY NEGOTIABLE!
