Our desire was to creat a VERSATILE venue where each client can have the opportunity to creat their own visions in the wide open space . Indoor and outdoor events , small and larger guest count are all catered for. We work with many vendors so we can accommodate a variety of requests. The Space

KUE Event space is an intimate Bohemian venue located in North Hollywood, CA. Those seeking an elegant blank canvas space for living out their wildest dreams , or maybe a beautiful unique space for your event either way , you will adore this industrial venue in the heart of Hollywood's Noho Art District. Your out-of-town guests can arrive via Los Angeles International Airport, located within an hour's drive. Invite up to 50 - 70 guests to celebrate your milestone occasion at KUE Event space. The versatile interiors boast painted white brick walls, glossy floors, wooden vaulted ceilings, and stunning basket lighting. This warm and inviting space can be completely transformed to suit your style. Whether you envision lush greenery hanging like chandeliers, bohemian pampas grass, or a hundred flickering candles, it awaits your personal touch. You will also have access to an intimate outdoor area, a unisex restroom, and street parking with an option of valet parking. There's also street parking available to supplement. You can enjoy the venue comfortably year-round thanks to fans and air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE; WEEKEND RATES REMAIN $300 AN HOUR IRRESPECTIVE OF THE TYPE OF EVENT. Flat cleaning fee of $200 unless event is $100 people or more If any extra hours we charge the hourly rate and they have to be paid for in advance before getting into the extra time.

The space has unique pendant Basket lighting, white brick walls, white floors, a unisex restroom , Air conditioning and Fans, 3 exits, enough parking space for about 10 cars with extra street parking.
