Natural daylight studio located in central Brooklyn. The space is over 1300 square feet, with 22ft. tall ceilings and hardwood floors - easily fitting up to 65 people. Our 16ft. South-facing window gets amazing, direct daylight from sunrise to sunset - even on a cloudy day. Conveniently located within walking distance of almost every subway line and Prospect Park. It comes furnished with a couch, 5 chairs, a large 9ft. rustic wood dining table, wood coffee table, mirrors, decorative accents and plants. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, glassware, cutlery, and dishes (all of this is included in the booking). Our second floor mezzanine is available for an additional charge and adds space for 20+ additional guests, 2 desk spaces, and another couch / lounge area. **note - there is no elevator but it is one short flight of stairs to the studio** The space is yours once you check in! You are welcome to bring in rentals, decorations, catering and alcoholic beverages. (Alcohol must not be sold and must be consumed by 21+ adults responsibly).
