I am a local photographer in Brooklyn and opened this studio in 2020, right before the pandemic. Luckily, we survived (!!) and are so excited to continue to offer Prospect Studios for film and photo shoot, as well as art and community events. The Space

Natural daylight studio located in central Brooklyn. The space is over 1300 square feet, with 22ft. tall ceilings and hardwood floors - easily fitting up to 65 people. Our 16ft. South-facing window gets amazing, direct daylight from sunrise to sunset - even on a cloudy day. Conveniently located within walking distance of almost every subway line and Prospect Park. It comes furnished with a couch, 5 chairs, a large 9ft. rustic wood dining table, wood coffee table, mirrors, decorative accents and plants. Additionally, there is a full kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, glassware, cutlery, and dishes (all of this is included in the booking). Our second floor mezzanine is available for an additional charge and adds space for 20+ additional guests, 2 desk spaces, and another couch / lounge area. **note - there is no elevator but it is one short flight of stairs to the studio** The space is yours once you check in! You are welcome to bring in rentals, decorations, catering and alcoholic beverages. (Alcohol must not be sold and must be consumed by 21+ adults responsibly). Transportation: - Trains (under 15 min): 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, C - Buses (under 5 min): B65, B69, B45 Our space can be used for, but not limited to: Engagement party, Event, Dinner party, Kids Party, Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Micro Wedding, Bridal Shower, Maternity photoshoot, Dance Class, Film Premier, Workshop, Meeting, Presentation, Fitness Class, Yoga Class, Video Shoot, Casting, Audition, Apparel Shoot, Pop Up, Gallery, Art Show, Auction, Fashion Show, Wardrobe Fitting, Getting Ready, Bridal Suite, Head shot, Photo Shoot, Product Shoot, Social Media Content, Podcast Recordings Offsites, Class, Collaboration, Workshop, Corporate Event, Retirement Party, Mixer, Recital, Reunion, Exhibit, Networking Event, Awards Ceremony

Cleaning will be calculated dependent on type and length of booking. A full day meeting or production rental has a $75 cleaning fee. An event or pop up rental has a $125 cleaning fee. Mezzanine rental is $300 / full day Anything dropped off or picked up outside of event hours are subject to a $75 fee. Late night events may also be subject to a small after-hours fee.
