The Space

A historic landmark featured in major films and photo shoots. Built in 1928, currently a bridal salon/retail space, which can be used as is, or re-styled to suit your needs. The beautiful exterior welcomes you with a brick facade and turtle pond at the entrance. Inside, the main room is light-filled (perfect for film photography), with an elegant arrangement of antique furniture. The tall, original hand-painted wood beamed ceilings, mural wall, grand mirrors and stone archway tell a story of another time. Complete with 2 large dressing rooms, and a gown gallery filled with vintage inspired wedding dresses. The back office area consists of 3 offices, 3 restrooms, a sewing workroom, and full kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and microwave, perfect for crew lunches and/or catering setup.

$800 hourly rate is for still photography with less than 10 people. Filming day rate starts at $12,000 to $15,000 depending on crew size and filming days/times.
