The space includes a spacious open kitchen and dining room leading out to an elevated porch overlooking a vibrant backyard with birch trees and greenery, ideal for cooking videos, photo shoots for cookware, objects for the kitchen and house, etc. The house also features a built entrance mudroom ideal for shoots for outerwear and footwear, a custom built bar with soft seating, a minimalist bedroom with kingsize bed and a Japanese aesthetic, a parlor floor with office, sitting room and piano with 12 foot ceilings, a Tobia Scarpa sofa and chair ideal for shooting rugs, interview, accessories — also features a working fireplace.

Health & Safety Policy
The house is professionally cleaned before and after the rental period. Doors are to be kept locked at all times. Hand soap is provided. Guests are asked to reschedule if they have symptoms of illness.
