The Space

This space offers amazing natural light through our 13ft factory windows, studio lighting and seamless backdrops with colored LED lighting.The spacious open floor plan is perfect for set designs, filming, music videos, podcast and content creation for all sorts. This plant paradise is made complete with its 30 plants (and counting) modern furniture and serene ambiance. [Vacated directly on the Downtown Buckhead by Lenox for last minute shopping and with free parking for the first 2 hours] A makeup station is also provided, perfect for capturing BTS for all clients. Come create to your hearts desire at our beautiful piece of paradise.

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
