The Space

This is your camera-friendly home! These are the perfect spaces for your photo and/or video shoot productions. What activities that work well in our space? \ Photo and/or video shoots What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? What unique features or amenities does your space have? \ Front yard: Lush lawn and plants; exterior of traditional, single-level home built in the 1950s (one of the first homes built in the area, originally surrounded by orange groves) \ Backyard: Private and easily accessible via breezeway; lush lawn and original Orange County orange trees, and lemon tree, dating back to the 1950s; small concrete pad in the back corner \ Backyard room addition (~480 sqft): Private and easily accessible via breezeway; bright and airy space with small bar area This is our personal family home, so the ideal shoot day involves a crew of less than 10 people. To be respectful of our neighbors, the ideal shoot times are between 9am and 6pm PT. For more involved projects, we will need to consider a custom price based on the uses, crew size, start and finish times, etc. Overtime of 1.5x begins after the scheduled time. General Rules \ No smoking, other tobacco products or vaping \ No alcohol \ No animals \ No loud noise \ No wifi provided \ No bathroom or sink (porta potty and sink rentals very reasonable and available via vendors such as Diamond Environmental Services at renter's expense; to-be-coordinated separately by renter with host) \ Yes, reasonable electricity needs available via exterior outlets \ Yes, ample outdoor space or backyard room addition interior space for hair/makeup, storage, craft services Other Rules \ All ages are allowed in the space \ Production insurance is required \ No smoke machines allowed \ No heavy equipment on lawn/sprinkler heads \ No nudity allowed

The safety and well-being of our guests remains our utmost priority. We are unwavering in our dedication to ensuring a clean and secure environment. We have implemented comprehensive cleaning and safety protocols. Cleaning Procedures: \ We diligently clean and disinfect our premises and all communal areas both before and after each reservation. \ Our cleaning regimen involves the use of products to eliminate dirt, dust, and germs. After cleaning, surfaces are treated with a disinfectant. \ We offer hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes for our guests' use. \ We ensure proper ventilation of the space before and after cleaning. If You Are Sick: For the safety of all, we ask that guests exhibiting even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, or cold, remain at home. Please notify us if you, your team members, or guests have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have recently used our facilities. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you, and stay safe!
