The Space

A unique find, this 1700sf, 3 BR, 2 Ba home in Burbank is a filmmakers dream. It has a very rich color scheme that looks beautiful on film. It has an open floor plan with high ceilings and is easy to shoot. I have a large finished garage that provides lots of storage and a large circular driveway for easy load in/out. Dual pane windows make it very quiet and it is minutes from all major studios. There is also plenty of parking and lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
