At our core we are a boutique daylight film & photo studio. That's how we started our business 12 years ago in Clinton Hill, and it's how we still spend most of our weeks—watching creatives use our space as the backdrop to tell a story. Our flexible indoor-outdoor space makes it a perfect setting for life’s celebrations, corporate gatherings, and more! The venue features three beautiful, light-filled spaces, decked out with Shell’s signature decor and our biggest plants (and indoor trees!) yet. Celebrate in our large Main Loft with modern attached backyard, enjoy cocktail hour on our rooftop, or savor Marlow’s food at an intimate dinner with your favorite people in one of our smaller lofts. FOOD & BEVERAGE We’ve teamed up with Marlow Events as our exclusive caterer at Shell’s Loft Fort Greene to bring you the best food & drinks in Brooklyn. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

During this time of Covid-19 we are being extra cautious, in an effort to protect our clients, as well as ourselves. We use film shoot safety protocols laid out by the NYC Mayor’s office as our template for all clients. We wear masks at all times when interacting with clients and expect our clients to do the same with us. Each space is cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants before and after each booking. We also use a fogger to disinfect the entire space in between bookings. Additionally, all bookings are spaced out with at least 24 hours between them to account for the extra cleaning and disinfecting time.
