My name is Vic and I am the owner of the epic Creative Co-Op - a 4-acre facility with several indoor studios and a three-acre backlot. These facilities are very private and perfect for film & video production companies and photographers, We also are home to The Woodlands Art League, and rent individual studio spaces to several local painters. I have been a commercial photographer for over 40 years, and our facilities are designed by creative people for creative people. Feel free to use our outdoor sets, or bring/build your own. We have equipment for rent, and production staff and crew available if needed. If you are looking for a really special venue, please come by and check out the epic Creative Co-op.

The Space

If you are a photographer, videographer, film producer or drone pilot in need of an outdoor shooting venue or backlot, I have the perfect spot for you. Perfect for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. We have set up a number of sets and props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. You will find our place to be very quiet, peaceful and private. We are pet friendly (including horses). This is the backlot of our video production facility, so if you are a drone photographer looking to test out a new piece of equipment come rent our property to practice your piloting skills. Pricing: $35/hour* $250/day* *The property is also available for evening and weekend rentals (1.5x our standard rates - contact us for a custom quote).
