Beautiful space in Asa Sul

This house is functions as an art gallery and it is available for related artistic residencies and other activities, such as small professional events, and hosting small groups whenever we don't have open art shows. We have a large hall that serves as an art gallery and can accommodate a dinner party for about 20 people, there's an office space that connects to the main room, a smaller hall, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an office area. There is also a lovely private garden and an inside service area that are all very useful for small events. This place has a great vibe, it has functioned as an art gallery, atelier and music studio. We have a network of people to help make you make a great event. We have 7 large displays tables that can be moved around to fit your use and a large powerful fridge that will keep a steady flow of cold drinks coming out of the kitchen. This house is an original project by architect Oscar Niemeyer, built in 1960 for the inauguration of the city, as a model for the development of the new capital. The front of the house offers great visibility for guest arrival and signage, facing a large public garden and the W4 street, opposite to the British School of Brasilia. The central location, in the middle of Asa Sul, has us minutes away from all major government buildings and international embassies. Brasilia has grown to be the third largest city in the country, a center of major importance for business and cultural life in Latin America.
