Following a successful dance career, Patricia became one of a handful of women owners of Pilates businesses with multiple locations in New York City. She taught privately in a small studio for many years before opening her first multi-station studio on the Upper East Side ten years ago. The new space was an instant success, thanks to her unique approach to Pilates instruction. She now owns and runs three successful studios, two on the UES and one on the UWS.

The Space

Moving Strength Upper West Side is a state of the art, fully equipped Pilates studio. It contains a basement level for rent, equipped with three reformers/towers, TRX equipment, and a professional massage table. The top floor is available for rent for those clients who are unable to use stairs. If using the top floor for something other than Pilates, it must be booked when group classes are not in progress.

Health & Safety Policy

Moving Strength follows CDC Guidelines in its COVID-19 response. Our number one goal is always to keep you and the clients safe. Proof of vaccination is required at all Moving Strength studios. Masking is also required at this time. If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or have a positive COVID-19 test, you must contact Patricia and management immediately and DO NOT come into the studio. If you have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact management immediately. We recommend regular testing. You must follow any and all recommendations from the CDC or your doctor for quarantine and or isolation periods.
