Our almost 5,500 sf home located in the heart of Victorian Brooklyn was completely renovated top to bottom while keeping all the traditional charm. From parking to a chef's kitchen, this house is ready to transform into the perfect backdrop. A grand staircase welcomes you into the home with a huge two-story stained glass window. On the main floor, you'll find an open plan layout with two fireplaces, a living room, a dining room, a chef's kitchen with marble countertops and a smaller eat in dining area connecting to an outdoor deck. The second floor has a large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a white bathtub. A TV room and two other bedrooms along with second full bathroom.The third floor bedroom/guest suite is completely open plan with an ensuite bathroom, sitting area and walk in attic closet. A finished backyard with lawn space is available for shooting and for tent setup.
