Big Luxury Home, for Productions or Events

Hi Splacer Community! My space is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Shaker Woods, in Herndon/Reston Virginia. We have used this home for events and different types of productions (commericials, video shoots, music videos, documentary interview, you name it!), and events! The home has many different rooms and sitting areas where different scenes or productions can take place. It is also great for events and other activities that are needed. The house is about 5,000 square feet, and the yard/property is roughly half an acre. So there’s room for shoots outside in the beautiful wooded yard. Most clients have come here to shoot commercials, but we’ve had events here as well. You won’t find a more beautiful space, beautiful car, for the price. I priced this for full occupancy. The only space that is off limits is the basement, as we have tenants that live there full time. We also are supremely sanitary and take covid-19 protocols very seriously, so the space is always sanitized twice, before anybody enters.
