The Space

🔥This space is perfect for production shoots without natural lights 600 sqf 13 ft ceilings. 🎥Blackout (no windows) photo studio with backdrops. Central AC system. Backdrop system can hold 3 backdrops, so you will get white and black + 1 random color (setup of color of your choice is $5 extra). We offer two free changing rooms in the hallway. Huge stock of seamless backdrops. Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator access 24/7 upon request - Fee $5) Raw Concrete floor - you don't need to worry that equipment can leave scratches on the floor 🚇3 min walking from L-train Jefferson stop. Complete self-service! 🚨All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. One Seamless Pull is up to 6 ft long. Please add this with your booking in the Add-ons section if you need to step on the paper. Please do not cut our paper backdrops yourself - fee $20. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. After booking is confirmed you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in the building and find the studio space - How to use equipment 3 Seamless Papers installed on the system. - 1 x NEEWER air trigger remote for the flash strobes (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Godox SK300 II strobes - 2 x Profoto light stands - 1 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon **YOU CAN ADD EXTRA EQUIPMENT IN ADD-ONS Furniture: - Steamer - Clothing rack - We have just ONE table (make up station) -Chair and stool option If you need to use the freight elevator, please let me know a couple of days in advance so I can arrange it for you. You will be provided with special instructions and a special fob for the freight elevator. It might take up to 15 min to find the freight elevator. Fee for Freight Elevator access $5. Please add it in the Add-ons. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio is not soundproof. Usually it's pretty quiet in this studio, sometimes you can hear my clients who book studio next to this. General Rules -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time) -No filming, photography, storage, makeup, changing clothes can take place OUTSIDE of the studio (hallways, staircases). Penalty Fee $500 -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No confetti, glitter, feathers, moss, petals, smashed cake, paint splashes, smashed glass, fake snow, soil, sand, candle wax allowed. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, drugs on the premises. Penalty Fee $300 -No Drinking Alcohol on the premises. Penalty Fee $100 -No cutting paper backdrops by yourself. Penalty Fee $20 -No tape of any kind on the walls -Don’t lose the Fob for the Freight Elevator/Bathroom. Fee $100 -No Bulky Garbage. Bulky Items Disposal Fee $200 -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date. -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking
