We are family owned and operated. Our passion is keeping the authenticity and Character of our building and filling it with amazing events and people! Our event space is 8,000 square feet of blank canvas, ready to be transformed for your event, set, crew, launch, meeting, retreat, meditation, etc. We welcome Film Crews, Photo shoots, Pop-Ups, Art Exhibitions, Galas, Corporate Events, Gallery showings + open to new ideas. We are located in the heart of Costa Mesa's Industrial Arts District.

The Space

In 1953 Costa Mesa was Incorporated and this Building was built in 1955 as warehouse industrial work space. As decades of small businesses, visions, homes + industries have grown in the area, so has the need for new life in SPACE. We see this through those evolving eyes! Now our vision is reality as SPACE offers to the community through this blank canvas venue space. With ample SPACE to house almost any type of event, it offers 8000 Square Feet of venue space with almost the same in "back office" or prep area space. The building is wood quonset/dome raftered exposed ceilings, concrete walls, finished concrete floors, ample retro paned windows, large barn door side entrances, front office entry area + so much more. Tons of parking in back for staff. Street parking for venue attendees and valet is recommended for large parties.
