The Space
Beautiful and spacious 4000 square foot gym/studio and large front office space available four rent by the hour for meetings, filming, photography, and launch parties. (We have a valet service that is available upon request as well) Our gorgeous high-beamed ceilings, crispy white walls, and spacious floor space provide a clean backdrop. Our large office area offers the perfect space for meal breaks and brainstorming sessions with your team. The conference table can be easily moved for additional filming space as well. If the weather is nice, our roll-up garage door in the central area allows for great natural light. We also have a turf room for sprint/sled filming activities. We included photos from previous photoshoots and filming events so you can get an idea of what you can accomplish in our incredible space! Any of the few pictures hanging up can be easily taken down as well; just let us know when you book so we can take care of it before your arrival. We also have experienced filming personnel you can hire. They have all the equipment you might need and can show you how to use it if you want to learn, along with microphones and studio filming umbrella lights if needed, be sure to mention this in your booking so we can assist. If your event or booking does not involve fitness, let us know when you book, and we can easily move things to our storage room onsite.

The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priority. We are committed to our guests' overall well-being and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our room and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray it with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, a trash can with a foot pedal, a paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. We ventilated the space before cleaning, and it was used We are disinfecting our area using the following disinfectant-certified service: (fill in your provider) Hygiene While our space is in use, we ask you to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we ask guests who display mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold, to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We strongly encourage our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for many participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food, beverages, and other services follow our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
