The Space

We open the door for all your wildest visions to become reality. Our space is very flexible to help you create your event, production, or project. Our Space comes fully furnished, however we help to prepare the space for you how you need it, Whether you need it fully furnished, or if you're doing film production and need more space we provide that flexibility for you to help create the environment you need. Our Space is a two bedroom. One bedroom can be used for a break room, dressing room, makeup/hair room, etc. Our Space is in the heart of Charlotte, so is perfect for those wanting to create a vision right in Uptown, or want to be around a city environment. We provide tools such as projectors, white boards, foldable tables to set up, extra chairs, catering style kitchen equipment, and more!

Our Health & Safety Policy is constantly being updated to ensure everything is sanitized, organized, and Safe. We ensure this by having professional cleaners to double cleanse and disinfect everything! We are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols. We close off a day after or a day before someone books us to ensure a fool day to let everything sanitize over night! Please respect pandemic social distancing rules, by keeping 6-feet distance and respecting rule of small gathering of people to a maximum of 10 people for the time being!
