We're a family of 5 located in Woodland Hills, CA. Our house is the perfect spot for gatherings, events, photo shoots, commercials and more. We decided to list it after a friend used it to shoot a short film and loved it.

The Space

You'll love our space because it offers up a modern space with bohemian twists. People love our fun wallpaper, bright pink wall outside (perfect for photo shoots!), and large, grassy area. Our indoor space boasts high ceilings, and our outdoor space features a large living area with a bar, BBQ, tile backspash, and large rectangular pool. It's perfect for parties because of the indoor/outdoor functionality.
