Hello! I’m Isabelle and I own an event videography business. We film weddings, engagements, promo videos, interviews, parties, ceremonies, and so much more! We have a studio space that I rent out to clients.

The Space

This space is perfect for photoshoots, podcasts, interviews, music videos, short films, and anything film related! The studio includes: 2 Pre-lit led lights on the ceiling AC Clothing Rack Sand Bags Tripod Extension Cord 2 barstools 2 comfy chairs Bench Side table with storage inside Desk Rolling cart Fan (if requested - keep in mind it’s very loud) Equipment that can be rented out: Ring Light Led light 2 Light Stands Back drop stands Back Drops - White, Black, Green Screen The furniture is light-weight and easy to move. Please let me know ahead of time if you’d like to move anything so I can either help you or move it before you arrive to avoid any damage to the furniture. Outside concrete space can be used to store equipment or craft tables and canopies. Please DO NOT film outside of the studio unless you have permission and contact me first. Extra fees will apply. The studio where you can film is 300 square feet, however the backyard is an extra 800 square feet. This is a total of 1,100 square feet that you and your team will have access to. Keep in mind that this studio is in my backyard and we have 3 dogs. Please don’t go on the grass area as my dogs will see you from the window inside and bark disrupting your production.
