Boho Townhouse with Jungle flair

This Townhouse is the perfect place for a cozy photoshoot, film shoot or music video. You can also hold business meetings and small gatherings. Outfitted with 3 large screen TV's making it great for screening movies and show viewing parties. We have lots of seating and lots of greenery with indoor plants of every kind. Plush and unique with three floors of creative space, including ample space with a green screen for photography, interviews and podcasts. Also has 3 full bedrooms with queen size beds and 3 full bathrooms. There is an outdoors area with a grill, a fire pit, 2 patio tables and seating for twelve. No Smoking cigarettes anywhere inside or outside. You must go out in the street to smoke (cannabis products are allowed if it's something you're selling as a product) No cooking No shooting outside without permission Alcohol is permitted for all guests over 21 years of age upon approval CLEANING FEES Will be required for every booking NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 6 AM. Loud speakers on the outdoor patio are restricted after 9PM-9AM. OVERTIME Will be charged time & 1/2. Early arrivals will kindly be asked to wait until the booking start time. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day, note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement. DAMAGE Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
