The Space

Boutique Art Deco suite located in downtown Santa Monica, ideal for off-site meetings, workshops and planning sessions. The suite features a central meeting room, sunny outdoor patio and award-winning interior design that inspires creativity and collaboration. AMENITIES -- High speed wifi (300/150 mbps) -- 44" monitor with HDMI and VGA connection -- 3' x 4' dry erase boards (with easels, markers and erasers) CATERING Clients are welcome to BYO food/beverage/vendors, or access our roster of local restaurants, bakeries, and caterers. Of note: Mendocino Farms - In our building's lobby Sidecar Doughnuts - In our lobby AND save 20% on their doughnuts/coffee/tea (with dated proof of booking) Bluestone Lane Coffee - In our building’s lobby PARKING Street and public lot parking nearby, daily parking on-site (rates vary). CAPACITY 14 people in a circle or classroom set-up - 10 at the conference table (as pictured). CLEANING FEE We apply Cleaning Fees daily. If you book more than one day, the daily fee will be added for each day you book. PARKING There are five options between 0-3 blocks of the Loft including on-sit CAPACITY 14 people in a circle or classroom set-up - 10 at the conference table (as pictured). Evening cocktail setup for up to 40 EVENINGS/WEEKENDS Weekdays after 6:00PM, or during weekend hours the Suite may be rented at custom rates taking into account type of event, number of guests, estimated impact upon the space etc. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
