The Space

Our stylish and bright venue is perfect for your next event! Within our 600 sq.ft space we offer a cozy sitting area with a plush sofa, coffee table and Instagram-worthy fluffy accent chairs. Our clean, naturally lit venue can be decorated any way you wish to match your event’s theme and the designer tables and chairs can be moved around as well. You can bring your own food and beverages and make use of our lovely kitchenette which has plenty of countertop space, a sink, microwave and gorgeous vintage style refrigerator. The space is located on the cross street of Milwaukee Ave and Karlov Ave, close to HWY 90 with easy parking arrangements. The space can hold at least 30 people. You’re welcome to come see the space for yourself and make sure it is exactly what you need beforehand and even start planning! We are available any time as long as the space isn't being used. Just let us know what date and time you are available to come by to take a look. Space Details: - 4 Tables (2 seen in the pictures and 2 folding tables) - 30 Chairs (8 seen in the pictures and 22 folding chairs) - Sitting area with 1 sofa, 2 accent chairs and a coffee table - Google Chromecast - 70” TV for Presentations or movie screenings - Outside food & beverages are allowed - Street level access // Load-in thru the front - Kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator - 1 Restroom - A/C + Central heat controlled by you - WIFI OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time with in your original booking to avoid extra charges. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be safe for walls and properly removed without damaging the paint. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Splacer. FURNITURE Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests with in the space but can't be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it in the end of the event. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building, smoking is permitted in the back of the building only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
