The Space

Spacious and bright daylight studio with great light and views from windows on 3 sides. White brick walls and hardwood floors give a light airy feel and different texture options. Large private bathroom, changing room/hmu area, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main shoot/event space. The freight elevator opens directly into the space. Great for events, exhibits, performance, photo shoots, film/TV shoots, as well as a nice holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. The building is very film friendly and has other spaces available, please inquire if you need additional locations and I can facilitate booking those in conjunction with our studio.

Our base pricing is for booking during the hours of 8am-8pm. Events base price is $150/hr Meetings base price is $50/hr Production base price is $75/hr Pop Up base price is $125/hr Bookings 8pm-2am + $50/hr Bookings 2am-8am +100/hr Cleaning fee is $100 Freight use outside the hours of 9am-3pm is $100 flat fee
